What we do

Bloom Construction is owned and managed by Glen Bloom, a skilled carpenter and builder who has worked in the building trade since 1987. Glen's team are all qualified and experienced craftsmen, who are passionate about their work and fully focused on the quality of service they provide to each client.

The work undertaken is varied and comprehensive and includes new builds, loft and barn conversions and renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, decking, walls, landscaping, fencing, groundworks and carpentry services.

Bloom Construction have previously worked for domestic, commercial and public sector clients, including Colman’s, Anglian Water, Norfolk Museums Service and Norfolk County Council.

Extensions

Extensions are a great way of creating extra space and is the ideal way to fully utilise your home’s potential. Bloom Construction is experienced in the building of house extensions, both single storey and double storey, incorporating pitched and flat roof constructions. From period houses to modern properties, an extension enhances the living space of your home.

Conversions & Renovation

Bloom Construction specialises in the renovation and conversion of buildings, from renovating barns to converting garages and lofts into living spaces. Preferring to work from plans that have already been approved for planning (if required) and building regulations, Bloom Construction are happy to recommend surveyors and architectural technicians to help clients with the planning stages.

Carpentry Services

From hanging internal and external doors to building fitted wardrobes, creating storage spaces, home office and study areas to constructing roofs and staircases, Bloom Construction undertakes all aspects of joinery and carpentry.

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Kitchens and bathrooms can add value to a property, and it is widely recognised that a beautiful well-fitted kitchen can sell a property.
